The Sunrise Youth Bureau’s mission is to “provide early intervention services to youth through assessment and accountability.” The staff work with young people under age 18 who have encountered violations with the law and/or are experiencing school, family or personal problems.

The Sunrise Youth Bureau’s mission is to “provide early intervention services to youth through assessment and accountability.” The staff work with young people under age 18 who have encountered violations with the law and/or are experiencing school, family or personal problems. The SYB conducts the following educational programs:
- Keys to Innervision ~ Keys is an educational curriculum that is intended to help youth adjust habits, behaviors, attitudes, comfort zones and personal beliefs to gain personal satisfaction and success.

The Sunrise Youth Bureau also does prevention work and educational presentations in the area schools.
SYB offers short-term Attendant Care to local law enforcement for youth who are runaways or who have been removed from their homes.
