The first Monday of the month the meeting is at 1 p.m., and on the 2, 3, and 4th Mondays the meeting is at 11 a.m. There is no cost. During the meeting, peer support specialists encourage members to share and to support each other. Topics include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar. Members can ask for additional information and help and the peer support specialists will assist them in finding resources.
